I am new here. I have an agreement and am finalizing purchase of an MXT-7-180A. I'm looking for an experienced mechanic to do a pre-buy inspection and also a CFI to do a checkout. (most of my time has been in a 172 and I'm told the transition should not be too difficult.) Also would be interested in a ferry pilot to WI, or ideally someone who would want to fly with me for a short portion of the way as I became familiarized with the plane.

The airplane is in Paso Robles, CA. If there is anyone here between San Jose and San Lois Obispo who is interested in helping me I would be grateful. Or, if there is CFI in the Rocky Mountain region who would be interested in flying commercial (at my expense of course) to CA, I could drop you off on the way east.
