has anyone ever spent any time in Cordova? The Alaskan Hotel is for sale and I remember it from 10 years ago as being rather "quaint"??

I've been there twice but never stayed in the hotel. I have walked through it and quaint is a good description. Kind of cool and a beautiful little town. It would be interesting to see how busy it stays.
