Bone stock M5-180C.
Stall Clean: straight ahead, mild break no wing drop.
Flaps 1: Same even more benign.
Flaps 2: Mushy and will actually maintain altitude with power in and out of mush oscillations.
Recovery: standard...

Overall Non-event!

I installed the 20/40 ratchet and the bent flap handle. Tweaked the right flap balance turnbuckle. Now power off, the stalls are just a mild nose drop, and with power, the break is substantially more tame.

Glad to hear it turned out to be something relatively simple. Will check my flap adjustment and see if I can restore the stall characteristics I used to have.

Andy, if you don't have the tools, download a protractor or angle app on your phone. It's results were within 1 degree of the angle meter tool. Set the angle to compare from the wing bottom, then compare with the flap settings on the bottom of the flap, but try to simulate a consistent air load on the flaps
