Does anyone own a folding bike other than the Montague? I read through the search and thats all i could find. Apparently no problem to fit 2 of those and more. But Im interested in fitting 2 Aventon Sinch foldable ebike. https://www.aventon.com/products/avento ... ctric-bike
Its overall smaller/less expensive than a Montague but the width is my concern to fit 2 in an MX7. Wt is 66lbs but built to last for backroad. And I love the 4” fat tires as well as the design. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Just found the folded dimensions;
41" L / 23" W / 31" H so the width will be probably be a factor x2 depending on how theyre placed. And yes for sure no back seat. Lots of room fwd/rear. Many of the Montague regular mountain bikes (non-motor) are only 12” wide.

I have a skinny tire Pacific Reach folder that I fly with. It is a "race" bike and is fast and comfortable for a folder. I could get 3-4 of these in my MX7-180 if I wanted to. They are compact, but expensive. Pacific Reach makes a wide range of bikes that are worth looking at. The folding mechanism on their IF-Move 9 speed has a really clever folding mechanism and I'd buy one of those if I was still commuting to a city for work. Fortunately, I'm not, so that saves me a wad of money. Here's the link to Pacific Cycles folding bike offerings: https://www.pacific-cycles.com/folding-bikes

And here's my Pacific-Reach in a paceline for the 204 mile STP bike ride. I did the ride in 1 day on this folder, averaging just over 17 MPH and that is impressive on a folding bike.

Here it is in a suitcase for airline travel. The sucker does fold up small!

Folding bikes are weird. There, I said it! I've been riding bikes for 30 years and full size bikes can't be beat. Take the back seat out and put some real bikes in there and go have fun!
Of course I get it if you don't have the space but............

I have been eyeballing the Cyrusher XF690 folding E-bike. 26" tires instead of 20". Not sure of the quality / customer service so hesitant.

My Brompton fits very nicely into the luggage bay of our MXT-7-180.

The “unfolding” takes a bit more time, but this one is a bit faster to run around on.
