Thanks for sharing. Hopefully his passion for helping other while flying will live on in his honor.

I was fortunate enough to meet Stan Brock about 16 years ago. RAMS was hosting a clinic at 6A4 in East Tennessee. My wife is an RN, we both volunteered for 2 days.

He was an incredibly humble, generous man and quite adept at tasking people according to their skills. He led an amazing life of adventure and compassion.

Consider volunteering if you have any medical background at all. Most of the doctors and dentists had flown themselves down for the event. It was truly a great crowd. I’m sure they can use non-medical volunteers as well. Haven’t kept up with what they are doing lately.
