Buying a MXT-7-180
A 1990/1991 MXT-7-180 is up for sale that I’m considering. Looks like one of the first “T†models built. I’m new to the Maules and wondering is there anything special I should have looked at for the Pre-buy? The plane is in WA so will need someone for the pre-buy there. Thanks.

He is based out of port orchard WA. Where is the plane located?
