Buying a MXT-7-180

A 1990/1991 MXT-7-180 is up for sale that Iâ€™m considering. Looks like one of the first â€œTâ€ models built. Iâ€™m new to the Maules and wondering is there anything special I should have looked at for the Pre-buy? The plane is in WA so will need someone for the pre-buy there. Thanks.

Gear bolts for Service Buliten #66 I think is the number , but all can be found the Maule factory sight it would be good to note all that apply to your model.

PM TimB on this site. I will not buy any plane without his blessing. His Maule specific knowledge is vast.
He is based out of port orchard WA. Where is the plane located?
